1) The quality warranty period spans a full 12 months, commencing from the day the shipped product arrives at the destination port. Physical damage is excluded from this warranty. During the guarantee period, we will supply replacement parts at no cost. Kindly note that users must return the damaged parts to us via courier at their own expense before we dispatch the replacements. Post-warranty, any required parts for repair or replacement will be charged at a reasonable rate.
2) Given the challenges of providing on-site maintenance, we offer extensive online support. Our technical support is readily available through email, MSN/Skype, camera, video, phone, and fax for assistance with installation, operation, adjustments, maintenance, and more.
3) For issues that online support cannot resolve, we provide Door-to-Door service. If you require our engineers to assemble, maintain, or adjust the machine at your location, you will need to assist with visa formalities, prepay travel expenses, and arrange accommodation and translation services for the duration of their visit. Alternatively, you may send your engineers to our factory for comprehensive, long-term technical training at no cost.

The minimum order quantity (MOQ) is set at one unit, and we offer a comprehensive one-year warranty.

We ensure delivery within a span of 15 to 30 days following the receipt of your payment.
4. How is the warranty period handled?
During the warranty period, if any issues arise due to product quality, our company will provide free maintenance and replace any necessary parts at no additional cost. If the issue is not related to the quality of our machine, and the buyer requires our engineers for repairs, we will charge a reasonable fee for their services.
5. Can your company dispatch technical personnel to our location to train our workers for free?
Upon the machine's arrival at the buyer's installation site, we promptly send skilled mechanical and electrical engineers to assist with installation according to the buyer's schedule. The buyer is responsible for covering the accommodation and boarding expenses of our personnel during the installation process, in addition to a daily fee of USD150.00 per person. We will also work with the buyer to handle visa arrangements and installation preparations prior to traveling abroad.
