1) Our quality warranty period spans 12 months, beginning the day the shipped product arrives at its destination port. This warranty excludes any physical damage. During this period, we will provide complimentary fittings. However, we request that you return the damaged parts to us by courier at your expense before we send the replacement parts. Post-warranty, any required repairs or replacements will be at your cost, with a reasonable fee applied.
2) Given the challenges of in-person maintenance, we offer extensive online support. This includes technical assistance via email, MSN/Skype, camera, video, telephone, and fax for issues related to installation, operation, adjustment, and maintenance.
3) If online support is insufficient for your installation, operation, or adjustment issues, we provide an on-site service option. Should you require an engineer to visit your location, you must assist with visa arrangements, prepay travel expenses, and handle accommodation during the service period. During the warranty period, if any product quality issues arise, Anhui Mingju Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. will provide free maintenance services. Should parts need replacement due to manufacturing defects, we will cover the cost. If the issue is not related to machine quality, and you require our engineers for repairs, we will charge a reasonable fee for their services.
5. Can your company send technical personnel to our company and direct our workers for free?
Upon the arrival of the machine at the buyer's installation site, Anhui Mingju Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. will promptly send skilled mechanical and electrical engineers to assist in installation based on the buyer's schedule. The buyer is responsible for the accommodation and meals of our personnel during the installation process, along with a daily fee of USD150.00 per person. We will collaborate with the buyer to manage visa arrangements and installation preparations.
