1) The quality warranty period spans an impressive 12 months from the day the shipping commodity arrives at the port of destination, excluding any physical damage. During this guarantee period, we will provide you with the necessary fittings at no cost. However, please note that all users must return the damaged fittings by courier at their expense before we send back replacement parts. Post-warranty, any fittings requiring repair or replacement will be charged reasonably.
2) Given the challenges of face-to-face maintenance, we offer extensive online support. Our dedicated team will provide technical assistance via email, MSN/Skype, camera, video, telephone, and fax when you encounter issues related to installation, operation, adjustment, or maintenance.
3) Should you face issues with installation, usage, or adjustment that our online support can't resolve, we offer a comprehensive Door to Door service. If you need our engineers to assemble, maintain, or adjust the machine on-site, you are required to assist with visa formalities, prepay travel expenses, and arrange accommodation during the business trip and service period. 4. How to handle the warranty period?
Throughout the one-year warranty period, if any product quality issues arise, Anhui Mingju Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. will provide free maintenance services. Should parts need replacement due to quality defects, we will replace them at no cost. For issues not related to machine quality, if the buyer requires our engineers to provide repair services on-site, the buyer will be responsible for the associated costs.
5. Can your company send technical personnel to our company and direct our workers?
Upon the arrival of the machine at the buyer's installation site, we will promptly dispatch our skilled mechanical and electrical engineers to assist with the installation according to the buyer's schedule. The buyer is responsible for covering the board and lodging expenses of our personnel during the installation process, as well as a daily fee of USD150.00 per person. We will also assist the buyer in handling visa and installation preparations before traveling abroad.
