1) We proudly offer a comprehensive 12-month quality warranty, starting from the day the shipment arrives at its destination port, with the exception of physical damage. During this time, we will provide necessary fittings at no additional cost. Kindly return the damaged fittings via courier at your expense before we ship replacement parts. Post-warranty, any fittings requiring repair or replacement will be charged at a reasonable rate.
2) Understanding the challenges of in-person maintenance, our engineers are equipped to offer extensive online support. We provide technical assistance through email, MSN/Skype, camera, video, telephone, and fax to help with installation, operation, adjustment, and maintenance issues.
3) Should online support prove insufficient for issues related to installation, usage, or adjustments, we offer Door-to-Door service. If you require our engineers to assemble, maintain, or adjust the machine on-site, please assist with visa formalities, cover travel expenses in advance, and arrange accommodation for the duration of the business trip and service period. Additionally, please provide a translator for our service engineers if needed. Alternatively, you are welcome to send your engineers to our factory for extensive, complimentary technical training.

We ensure timely delivery within 15-30 days upon receiving your payment.
4. How do you handle warranty-related issues?
During the warranty period, we take full responsibility for any product quality issues, offering free maintenance and replacement parts. If the issue is not related to product quality and requires our engineers to provide repair services, an appropriate cost will be charged to the buyer.
5. Can your company send technical personnel to our location to train our workers?
Upon the machine's arrival at the buyer's installation site, we promptly send mechanical and electrical engineers as per the buyer's schedule. The buyer is responsible for the personnel's board and lodging expenses abroad during installation, along with a daily fee of USD150.00 per person. We will assist the buyer in managing visa and installation preparations before traveling abroad.
