1) Our products come with a 12-month quality warranty starting from the arrival date at the destination port. We offer free fittings during this period, excluding physical damage. Customers are responsible for returning damaged fittings at their own cost before receiving replacement parts. After the warranty period, repair or replacement of fittings will incur reasonable charges.
2) Due to limitations on face-to-face maintenance, we provide extensive online support via email, MSN/Skype, camera, video, telephone, and fax for any installation, operation, adjustment, or maintenance issues.
3) If online support is insufficient, we offer Door to Door service. Customers requiring on-site assistance must arrange visa formalities, prepay travel expenses, and provide accommodation for our engineers. Alternatively, customers can send their engineers to our factory for long-term free technical training.
