1) The quality warranty period is 12 months, starting from the day the shipping commodity arrives at the port of destination. This excludes any physical damage. During the warranty period, we will provide fittings free of charge. However, all users are required to return the damaged fittings to us by courier at your expense before we send back the replacement parts. After the warranty period, any fittings that need repair or replacement will be charged to you at a reasonable rate.
2) As our engineers may find it challenging to maintain the machine face-to-face, we offer extensive online support. This includes technical assistance via email, MSN/Skype, camera, video, telephone, and fax when users encounter issues with installation, operation, adjustment, maintenance, and more.
3) Should you face problems with installation, usage, or adjustment that our online support cannot resolve, we offer Door-to-Door service. If you require our engineer(s) to assemble, maintain, or adjust the machine on-site, you will need to assist with visa formalities, prepay travel expenses, and arrange accommodation for the business trip and service period. During the warranty period, if any product quality issues arise, we provide free maintenance services. Should any parts need replacement due to quality problems, we will replace them at no additional cost. For issues not related to our product quality, if you require our engineers for repair services, we will charge a reasonable fee.
5. Can your company send technical personnel to our company and train our workers for free?
Upon the machine's arrival at the buyer's installation site, we will promptly send mechanical and electrical engineers based on the buyer's schedule. The buyer will cover the accommodation and food expenses for our personnel during installation, plus USD 150.00 per day per person. We will assist in handling visa arrangements and installation preparations prior to traveling abroad.
