1) The quality warranty period is 12 months, starting from the day the shipped commodity arrives at the port of destination, excluding physical damage. During this guarantee period, we will provide you with replacement fittings free of charge. However, please note that all users are required to return the damaged fittings to us by courier at your expense before we send back the replacement parts. After the warranty period, any required repairs or replacements will be charged at a reasonable rate.
2) As it is challenging for our engineers to provide in-person maintenance, we offer extensive online support. This includes technical assistance via email, MSN/Skype, camera, video, telephone, and fax. We are dedicated to helping you with installation, operation, adjustments, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
3) If you encounter issues with installation, usage, or adjustments that cannot be resolved through online support, we offer Door-to-Door service. Should you require our engineer(s) to assemble, maintain, or adjust the machine at your location, you will need to assist in securing the necessary visa formalities, prepay travel expenses, and arrange accommodation during the business trip and service period. Additionally, please arrange for a translator for the service engineer during their visit. Alternatively, you may send your engineer to our factory for comprehensive, long-term technical training at no cost.

The minimum order quantity is one set, and we offer a comprehensive one-year warranty.

Our delivery time is prompt, typically within 15-30 days after receiving your payment.
4. How to handle the warranty period?
During the warranty period, we provide free maintenance for any product quality issues. If parts need to be replaced, we will do so at no extra cost. If the issue is not related to the product's quality, and our engineers are required for repairs, the buyer will be responsible for the associated costs.
5.Can your company send the technical personnel to our company and direct our workers for free?
Upon the machine's arrival at the buyer's installation site, we will promptly dispatch our mechanical and electrical engineers to assist. The buyer is responsible for covering the accommodation and meals of the personnel during the installation process, as well as a daily fee of USD150.00 per person. We will also assist with visa arrangements and installation preparations beforehand.
