1) The quality warranty period is 12 months, commencing from the day the shipped commodity arrives at the port of destination. This excludes physical damage. We offer complimentary fittings during the guarantee period. Please note, users must return damaged fittings to us via courier at their own expense before we send replacement parts. Post-warranty, users will be responsible for any repair or replacement costs, which will be reasonably charged.
2) Given the challenges of face-to-face maintenance, we provide extensive online support. This includes technical assistance via email, MSN/Skype, camera, video, telephone, and fax to help with installation, operation, adjustment, and maintenance issues.
3) If installation, usage, or adjustment issues arise that cannot be resolved through online support, we offer Door-to-Door service. Should you require our engineer(s) on-site, you need to assist with visa formalities, prepay travel expenses, and arrange accommodation during the service period. Additionally, a translator should be provided for our service engineer. Alternatively, your engineer is welcome to visit our factory for comprehensive, free technical training.

During the warranty period, if any product quality issues arise, our company is responsible for providing free maintenance. Should parts need replacement due to quality problems, we offer free replacements. If the issue does not relate to our machine's quality and the buyer requires our engineers for repair services, we will charge the appropriate costs.
5. Can your company send the technical personnel to our company and direct our workers for free?
Upon the machine's arrival at the buyer's installation site, we will promptly dispatch our mechanical and electrical engineers to assist with installation according to the buyer's schedule. The buyer is responsible for the board and lodging of personnel during the installation process, at a rate of USD150.00 per day per person. We will also work closely with the buyer to handle visa and installation preparations before traveling abroad.
