1) Our quality warranty period spans a full 12 months, commencing from the day the shipping commodity reaches the designated port of destination, excluding any physical damage. During this period, we pledge to provide necessary fittings at no cost. Please note that users must return the damaged fittings via courier at their own expense before we dispatch the replacement parts. Beyond the warranty period, any fittings requiring repair or replacement will incur a reasonable charge.
2) Given the challenges of face-to-face maintenance, we offer extensive online support. Our technical assistance is readily available through email, MSN/Skype, camera, video, telephone, and fax. Whether you encounter issues with installation, operation, adjustment, or maintenance, our team is here to help.
3) Should you face challenges with installation, usage, or adjustment that our online support cannot resolve, we provide Door-to-Door service. If you require our engineers to assemble, maintain, or adjust the machine on-site, you will need to assist with visa formalities, cover travel expenses upfront, and arrange accommodation during the business trip and service period. Additionally, please arrange a translator for the service engineer throughout their visit. Alternatively, you can send your engineers to our factory for comprehensive, long-term technical training at no cost.

Our minimum order quantity is one set, and we offer a comprehensive one-year warranty.
2. Which brand of bearings do you use in your products?
We use premium NSK bearings sourced from Japan.
3. What is the expected delivery time for your products?
We ensure delivery within 15-30 days after we receive your payment.
4. How do you handle issues during the warranty period?
If any product quality issues arise during the warranty period, we provide free maintenance and necessary parts replacement at no additional cost. If the issue is not related to our product quality, and engineering assistance is required, we will charge a reasonable fee for the service.
5. Can your company provide on-site technical guidance for our workers?
Upon the machine's arrival at the buyer's site, we promptly dispatch skilled mechanical and electrical engineers for installation as per the buyer's schedule. The buyer is responsible for the engineers’ accommodation and meals, plus a daily fee of USD150 per person. We will assist in visa processing and other preparations before traveling abroad to ensure a smooth installation process.
