Within this period, excluding instances of physical damage, we provide complimentary replacement parts. Simply return the damaged fittings to us via courier, with shipping costs covered by you, and we will promptly dispatch the replacement components. Once the warranty period has elapsed, any required repairs or replacements will be your responsibility, incurring a nominal charge.
