1) Our quality warranty period extends to 12 months, starting from the date the shipping commodity arrives at the port of destination. This warranty excludes any physical damage. During the guarantee period, we will provide free replacement fittings. Please note that users must return the damaged fittings to us by courier at your own expense before we send back the replacement parts. After the warranty period, any repairs or replacements will be at your expense, and charges will be applied reasonably.
2) Given the challenges of face-to-face maintenance, we offer extensive online support, including technical assistance through email, MSN/Skype, camera, video, telephone, and fax. This ensures that users receive prompt help with installation, operation, adjustments, and maintenance.
3) If online support does not resolve the issue, we offer Door-to-Door service. Should you need our engineers to assemble, maintain, or adjust the machine on-site, you will be required to assist with visa formalities, prepay travel expenses, and arrange accommodations for the duration of the business trip. Additionally, please arrange for a translator to assist our service engineer. Alternatively, you can send your engineers to our factory for extended free technical training.

Our minimum order quantity (MOQ) is just one set, and we proudly offer a comprehensive one-year warranty to ensure your complete satisfaction.

We utilize premium NSK bearings from Japan, known for their exceptional quality and durability.
3. When is the delivery time?
We ensure timely delivery within 15-30 days after receiving your payment, ensuring you can begin your projects without delay.
4. How is the warranty period handled?
During the warranty period, if any product quality issues arise, our company will provide free maintenance services. Should parts need replacement, we will supply them at no additional cost. For issues not related to product quality, if on-site service is required, the buyer will cover the associated costs.
5. Can your company send technical personnel to our company to train our workers?
Upon the machine's arrival at the buyer's site, we promptly dispatch both mechanical and electrical engineers to assist with installation according to the buyer's schedule. The buyer is responsible for the accommodation and meals of our personnel during the installation process, as well as a daily fee of USD 150.00 per person. We will also assist the buyer with visa arrangements and installation preparations.
