1) Our quality warranty period spans 12 months, commencing from the day the shipment arrives at the destination port. This warranty covers all non-physical damages. During this period, we will provide necessary fittings free of charge. Please note, users are obliged to return the damaged parts to us via courier at their own expense before we dispatch replacement parts. Post-warranty, users will be responsible for the cost of any repairs or replacements needed, which will be reasonably priced.
2) Given the challenges of face-to-face maintenance, we offer extensive online support. This includes technical assistance via email, MSN/Skype, camera, video, telephone, and fax. Our experienced team will help with installation, operation, adjustments, and maintenance issues.
3) Should you encounter issues with installation, usage, or adjustments that online support cannot resolve, we offer Door-to-Door service. If you request our engineer(s) to assist on-site, you will need to facilitate their visa, prepay travel expenses, and arrange accommodation during their stay. 4. How is the warranty period handled?
During the one-year warranty period, if any product quality issues arise, our company will provide free maintenance services. Should any parts need replacement due to product quality problems, we will replace them at no cost. If the issue is not related to our machine's quality, and the buyer requests our engineers for repairs, appropriate costs will be charged.
5. Can your company send technical personnel to our company and guide our workers for free?
Upon the machine's arrival at the buyer's installation site, we will promptly dispatch mechanical and electrical engineers according to the buyer's schedule. The buyer is responsible for the accommodation and lodging of our personnel during the installation process abroad, as well as a fee of USD150.00 per day per person. The seller will assist the buyer with visa arrangements and installation preparations before traveling abroad.
