1) Quality Warranty: Our products come with a 12-month quality warranty starting from the arrival date at the destination port. We offer free fittings during this period, excluding physical damage. Customers are responsible for returning damaged fittings at their cost before receiving alternative parts. After the warranty period, repair or replacement fittings will be charged reasonably.
2) Technical Support: To assist with machine maintenance, we provide online support via email, MSN/Skype, camera, video, telephone, and fax for installation, operation, adjustment, and maintenance issues.
3) Door to Door Service: If online support is insufficient, we offer on-site assistance. Customers must arrange visa formalities, prepaid travel expenses, and accommodation for our engineers during the service period. Alternatively, customers can send their engineers for free technical training at our factory.
