The quality warranty period for our products is 12 months, starting from the arrival of the shipping commodity at the port of destination. We offer free fittings during the guarantee period, excluding physical damage. Customers are required to return damaged fittings at their own cost before we provide alternative parts. After the warranty period, repair or replacement of fittings will be charged at a reasonable rate.
Our engineers provide online technical support via email, MSN/Skype, camera, video, telephone, and fax for any installation, operation, or maintenance issues.
