Our company offers professional CNC machines exporting services with Italy and Taiwanese technical expertise, ensuring superior manufacturing capabilities. Customers can choose from various payment terms such as T/T, Western Union, L/C, and Paypal. We guarantee high quality, safe materials, and competitive prices, with the flexibility of small orders. Our team provides quick responses and ensures safe and fast transportation. Additionally, we offer OEM design services to cater to all customer needs.
The quality warranty period for our products is 12 months from the day the shipping commodity arrives at the port of destination. We provide free fittings during the guarantee period, excluding physical damage. Users are required to return damaged fittings at their own cost before we send back alternative parts. After the warranty period, repair or replacement of fittings will be charged.
Our engineers offer online support via email, MSN/Skype, camera, video, telephone, and fax for any installation, operation, adjustment, or maintenance issues.

During the warranty period, we provide free maintenance for product quality issues. Parts replacement is also free of charge. If technical personnel are required for repairs, the buyer covers the costs.
Upon delivery, our engineers will assist with installation at the buyer's site. The buyer is responsible for accommodations and a daily fee per engineer. Visa and installation preparations are coordinated between the buyer and seller.
