Our quality warranty period is 12 months from the day the shipping commodity arrives at the port of destination, excluding physical damage. We provide free fittings during the guarantee period, with the condition that damaged fittings must be returned to us at your expense before we send back the alternative parts. After the warranty period, repair or replacement of fittings will be charged reasonably.
Due to the difficulty of face-to-face maintenance, we offer various online supports including technical assistance via email, MSN/Skype, camera, video, telephone, and fax for any installation, operation, or maintenance issues.
If online support is insufficient, we provide Door to Door service where our engineers can visit your location for assembly, maintenance, or adjustments. Visa formalities, prepaid travel expenses, and accommodation arrangements are required. Alternatively, you can send your engineer to our factory for long-term free technical training.
