This begins from the very day your shipment arrives at its destination port. While this comprehensive warranty covers most aspects, it excludes any physical damage. During this period, we’re committed to providing you with replacement parts at no additional cost. However, we kindly request that any damaged parts be returned to us via courier, with shipping covered by you, prior to us dispatching the replacement parts. Post-warranty, any required replacements or repairs will be available at a fair and reasonable cost.
