1) The quality warranty period extends for 12 months from the date the product reaches its destination port, excluding physical damage. Within this guarantee period, we supply free fittings. Users must return the damaged parts to us via courier at their own expense before we provide replacement parts. Post-warranty, any repairs or replacements will be user-funded and reasonably charged.
2) Given the challenge of in-person maintenance, we offer extensive online support. Our technical assistance is available through email, MSN/Skype, camera, video, telephone, and fax, ensuring you have help with installation, operation, adjustments, and maintenance whenever needed.
3) For issues beyond the scope of our online support, we provide Door to Door service. If you require our engineer(s) for assembly, maintenance, or adjustments in your area, you'll need to assist with visa formalities, prepay travel expenses, and arrange accommodation during the service period. 5. Can your company send technical personnel to our site to assist and train our workers?
Upon the machine's arrival at the buyer's installation site, we will promptly send mechanical and electrical engineers to assist with installation according to the buyer's schedule. The buyer is responsible for the accommodation and meals of our personnel during the installation process, as well as a daily fee of USD150.00 per person. We will also collaborate with the buyer to handle visa arrangements and installation preparations before traveling abroad.
