1) We proudly offer a comprehensive 12-month quality warranty for our Double Spindles CNC Lathe with Y Axis Living Tool, starting from the date the product reaches your port of destination. This warranty excludes any physical damage. During this period, we will supply free fittings for any replacements needed; however, please note that users must return the damaged parts to us via courier at their own expense before we dispatch the replacement parts. Post-warranty, any required repairs or replacements will be the responsibility of the user, with reasonable charges applied.
2) Given the challenges of face-to-face maintenance, we provide extensive online support. Our technical assistance is available through email, MSN/Skype, camera, video, telephone, and fax to address any issues related to installation, operation, adjustment, and maintenance of your machine.
