During this guarantee period, we are committed to providing you with complimentary fittings. However, users are kindly requested to return the damaged fittings to us via courier at your own expense before we dispatch the replacement parts. Beyond the warranty period, any required repairs or replacements will be charged reasonably.

However, if the machine issue is not related to our product quality, we can send engineers for repair services at an appropriate cost.
5. Can your company send technical personnel to our company to guide our workers for free?
Upon the machine's arrival at the buyer's installation site, we will promptly send mechanical and electrical engineers to assist with installation according to the buyer's schedule. The buyer is responsible for the board, lodging, and visa-related costs for our personnel abroad, along with a daily fee of USD150.00 per person. We will fully cooperate with the buyer to complete the installation smoothly.
