We proudly offer a quality warranty period of 12 months, starting from the date the shipment arrives at your port of destination. During this period, excluding any physical damage, we will provide the necessary fittings at no cost. Please return the damaged parts to us via courier at your expense before we send the replacement parts. Post warranty, any required repairs or replacements will be charged reasonably.

If you require our engineers to assist with assembly, maintenance, or adjustments onsite, you'll need to assist with visa formalities, prepay travel expenses, and arrange accommodation for the duration of their visit. Additionally, a translator must be arranged for the service period. Alternatively, you may send your engineer to our factory for extensive, free technical training.

Our minimum order quantity (MOQ) is one set, and we offer a comprehensive one-year warranty.

We will deliver your order within 15-30 days after receiving your payment.
4. How is the warranty period handled?
During the warranty period, if any product quality issues arise, we provide free maintenance services. If parts need to be replaced due to quality problems, we will replace them at no cost. However, if the issue is not related to our machine's quality and the buyer requires our engineers for repairs, appropriate service charges will apply.
5. Can your company send technical personnel to our company to train our workers for free?
Once the machine arrives at the buyer's installation site, we will promptly send mechanical and electrical engineers for installation as per the buyer's schedule. The buyer is responsible for the board and lodging of our personnel during the installation process, and a fee of USD150.00 per day per person. We will cooperate with the buyer for visa processing and installation preparations before traveling.
