1) We offer a comprehensive 12-month quality warranty starting from the day your shipment arrives at the destination port. Please note, this warranty excludes physical damage. During this period, we will provide replacement parts at no cost. Users must return damaged parts to us via courier, at their own expense, before receiving any replacement parts. Post-warranty, any repair or replacement parts will incur a reasonable fee.
2) Due to the complexities of in-person service, we offer extensive online support. Our technical assistance is available through email, MSN/Skype, camera, video, telephone, and fax. Whether you need help installing, operating, adjusting, or maintaining your machine, we are here to assist you remotely.
3) For issues that cannot be resolved through online support, we provide Door-to-Door service. Should you require our engineers to visit your location for assembly, maintenance, or adjustments, you will need to assist with visa formalities, prepay travel expenses, and arrange accommodation during their visit. Additionally, please organize a translator for our service engineers. Alternatively, you are welcome to send your engineers to our factory for long-term, complimentary technical training.

We utilize high-quality NSK bearings imported from Japan.
3. What is the expected delivery time for your products?
We ensure prompt delivery within 15-30 days after receiving your payment.
4. How is the warranty period managed?
During the warranty period, we take full responsibility for free maintenance due to product quality issues. If any parts need replacement due to quality defects, we will provide them at no additional cost. However, if the problem is not related to the machine's quality, any repair services requested by the buyer will incur appropriate charges for sending engineers.
5. Can your company dispatch technical personnel to our location to train our workers?
Upon the machine's arrival at the buyer's installation site, we promptly send skilled mechanical and electrical engineers to assist with installation as per the buyer's schedule. The buyer is responsible for the accommodation and meals of our personnel during the installation process, as well as a fee of USD 150.00 per day per person. We will work closely with the buyer to arrange visas and prepare for the installation prior to traveling abroad.
