1) The quality warranty period is 12 months, starting from the day the shipped commodity arrives at the destination port, excluding physical damage. During this guarantee period, we will provide you with free fittings. However, please kindly return the damaged fittings to us by courier at your expense before we send the replacement parts. After the warranty period, any fittings that need repair or replacement will be your responsibility, and we will charge a reasonable fee.
2) Given the challenges of face-to-face maintenance, we will offer extensive online support. This means that we will provide technical assistance via email, MSN/Skype, camera, video, telephone, and fax when users encounter issues with installation, operation, adjustment, maintenance, and more.
3) If you encounter problems with installation, use, or adjustment that our online support cannot resolve, we offer Door to Door service. If you need our engineer(s) to assemble, maintain, or adjust the machine at your location, you will need to assist us with visa formalities, prepay travel expenses, and arrange accommodation during the business trip and service period. Additionally, please arrange for a translator to assist the service engineer. Alternatively, you can send your engineer to our factory for comprehensive, free technical training.

Our minimum order quantity (MOQ) is one set, and we offer a comprehensive one-year warranty.

3. When is the delivery time?
We will deliver your order within 15-30 days upon receiving payment.
4. How do you handle issues during the warranty period?
During the warranty period, if any product quality issues arise, our company will provide free maintenance. Should any parts need replacement, we will also cover those costs. However, if the issue is not related to our machine's quality, and buyer requires on-site service, we will charge the appropriate fees for sending engineers.
5. Can your company send technical personnel to our company to train our workers?
Upon the machine's arrival at the buyer's installation site, we will promptly send mechanical and electrical engineers for installation according to the buyer's schedule. The buyer will cover the accommodation costs and a daily fee of USD150.00 per person during the installation process. We will also assist in handling visas and preparation for installation abroad.
