1) Our quality warranty period is 12 months from the arrival of the shipping commodity at the destination port. We provide free fittings during this period, excluding physical damage. Users are required to return damaged fittings at their own cost before we send back the alternative parts. After the warranty period, repair or replacement of fittings will be charged.
2) Due to the difficulty of face-to-face maintenance, we offer various online support options including email, MSN/Skype, camera, video, telephone, and fax for technical assistance with installation, operation, adjustment, and maintenance.
