1) The quality warranty period is 12 months, starting from the day the shipment arrives at the port of destination, excluding any physical damage. During this warranty period, we will provide you with replacement fittings at no cost. However, please note that all users are required to return the damaged fittings to us via courier, at your expense, before we send the replacement parts. After the warranty period, any fittings that need repair or replacement will be your responsibility and will be reasonably charged.

Upon the machine's arrival at the buyer's installation site, we promptly dispatch our skilled mechanical and electrical engineers according to the buyer's schedule. The buyer covers the boarding and lodging costs for our personnel and a daily fee of USD 150 per person. We will also assist with visa arrangements and installation preparations ensuring a smooth process.
