1) Our quality assurance period spans an entire 12 months from the moment your Advanced Double Spindles CNC Lathe with 10 Axis Control reaches its destination port. Please note, this does not cover physical damage. During this warranty, we will supply necessary replacement parts without charge. However, we kindly request customers to send damaged parts back to us at their expense before we dispatch the replacements. Beyond the warranty, any parts needing repair or replacement will be provided at a fair and reasonable cost.
2) Given the challenges of in-person machine maintenance, we are committed to delivering a robust suite of online support services. You will have access to our expert technical assistance through diverse channels such as email, MSN/Skype, camera, video calls, phone, and fax. This ensures help is on hand whenever you encounter issues with installation, operation, adjustment, or maintenance.
3) In situations where online support falls short, we offer a comprehensive Door-to-Door service. Should you require our engineers for machine assembly, maintenance, or adjustment onsite, assistance with visa formalities, and prepayment of travel and accommodation costs for the duration of the service must be arranged in advance. When the machine arrive the buyer's installation site, we timely send mechanical and electrical engineers to install according to the buyer's schedule, the buyer undertakes board and lodging of personnel abroad in the process of installation, and also USD150.00 per day per person. The seller will cooperate with the buyer to deal with visa and installation preparation before going abroad.
