Our quality warranty period extends for a full 12 months from the date the shipping commodity reaches its destination port, excluding any physical damage. During this guarantee period, we will provide free fitting replacements. Kindly note, users are required to return the damaged fittings to us via courier at your own expense before we send back the replacement parts. Beyond the warranty period, any fittings requiring repair or replacement will be subject to reasonable charges.

Given the challenges of in-person maintenance, we offer extensive online support. We will provide technical assistance through email, MSN/Skype, camera, video, telephone, and fax for any issues related to installation, operation, adjustment, and maintenance.

For issues that cannot be resolved via our online support, we offer Door-to-Door service. If you require our engineers to assist in your area for assembly, maintenance, or adjustment, you will need to assist with visa formalities, prepay travel expenses, and arrange accommodation during the business trip and service period. Kindly arrange for a translator to assist our service engineer. Alternatively, you may send your engineer to our factory for comprehensive, long-term technical training at no cost.

Our minimum order quantity (MOQ) is one set, and we offer a comprehensive one-year warranty on all purchases.
2. What brand of bearing do you use?
We exclusively use high-quality NSK bearings imported from Japan.
3. What is the delivery time?
We ensure delivery within 15-30 days upon receipt of your payment.
4. How is the warranty period handled?
During the warranty period, if any product quality issues arise, our company will provide free maintenance and replacement of parts at no cost. If the problem is unrelated to our product quality, and the buyer requires our engineers for onsite repair, the appropriate service charges will apply.
5. Can your company provide technical personnel to assist our workers on-site for free?
Upon arrival of the machine at the buyer's installation site, we promptly dispatch mechanical and electrical engineers to install the equipment as per the buyer's schedule. The buyer is responsible for the accommodation and meals of our personnel during the installation process, as well as a daily fee of USD 150.00 per person. We will also assist with visa and installation preparations prior to the engineers' departure.
