1) Our products come with a 12-month quality warranty starting from the arrival date at the destination port. We offer free fittings during the warranty period, excluding physical damage. Customers are responsible for returning damaged fittings at their cost before receiving alternative parts. After the warranty period, repair or replacement fittings will incur reasonable charges.
2) Due to the difficulty of face-to-face maintenance, we provide extensive online support via email, MSN/Skype, camera, video, telephone, and fax for installation, operation, adjustment, and maintenance issues.
3) If online support is insufficient, we offer Door to Door service. Customers requiring on-site assembly, maintenance, or adjustments must assist with visa formalities, prepay traveling expenses, arrange accommodation, and provide a translator.
