1) Our quality warranty period extends to a full 12 months from the date the shipping commodity arrives at the port of destination, excluding any physical damage. During this period, we will provide necessary fittings at no additional cost. However, please ensure that any damaged parts are returned to us via courier at your expense before we send replacement parts. Post-warranty, any required repairs or replacements will be subject to reasonable charges.
2) Given the challenges of in-person maintenance, we offer comprehensive online support. Our technical assistance is available through email, MSN/Skype, camera, video, telephone, and fax to help with any issues related to installation, operation, adjustment, and maintenance.
3) Should you encounter issues with installation, usage, or adjustments that cannot be resolved through our online support, we provide an optional Door-to-Door service. If our engineers are required to travel to your location, please assist with visa formalities, prepay travel expenses, and arrange accommodation for the duration of their visit. Upon the machine's arrival at your installation site, we promptly send mechanical and electrical engineers based on your schedule. You are responsible for their accommodation and a fee of USD150.00 per day per person. We will assist with visa and installation preparations.
