1) The quality warranty period is 12 months, starting from the day the shipped commodity arrives at the port of destination (excluding physical damage). Within this period, we will provide you with replacement fittings free of charge. However, please return the damaged fittings to us by courier at your expense before we send the replacement parts. After the warranty period, any fittings that need to be repaired or replaced will be charged at a reasonable rate.
2) Given the challenge of providing on-site maintenance, we offer extensive online support. This includes technical assistance via email, MSN/Skype, camera, video, telephone, and fax to help with installation, operation, adjustment, maintenance, and other issues.
3) Should you encounter issues with installation, operation, or adjustments that cannot be resolved through online support, we offer Door-to-Door service. If an engineer's visit is required, you are responsible for assisting with visa formalities, prepaying travel expenses, and arranging accommodation during the business trip and service period. Additionally, please provide a translator for the service engineer. Alternatively, you can send your engineer to our factory for long-term free technical training.

Our minimum order quantity (MOQ) is one set, and we offer a comprehensive one-year warranty for your peace of mind.

We use high-quality NSK bearings from Japan to ensure superior performance and durability.
3. When is the delivery time?
We guarantee delivery within 15-30 days after receiving your payment, ensuring prompt and reliable service.
4. How do you handle the warranty period?
During the warranty period, if there are any product quality issues, we will provide free maintenance and parts replacement. If the issue is not related to product quality, and our engineers are required for repairs, we will charge a reasonable fee for their service.
5. Can your company send technical personnel to our facility to train our workers for free?
Upon the machine's arrival at the buyer's installation site, we will promptly dispatch mechanical and electrical engineers to install the equipment according to the buyer's schedule. The buyer is responsible for the engineers' accommodation and meals during the installation process, as well as a daily fee of USD150.00 per person. The seller will assist the buyer with visa arrangements and installation preparations prior to departure.
