1) Our commitment to quality is exemplified by our 12-month warranty, effective from the date your shipment arrives at its destination port. This warranty covers all non-physical damages. During this period, we provide free replacement parts, provided you return the damaged components to us via courier at your expense. Post-warranty, any required parts or repairs will be charged at a reasonable rate.
2) Given the challenges of on-site maintenance, we offer comprehensive online support. Whether you are facing issues with installation, operation, adjustment, or maintenance, our technical team is readily available via email, MSN/Skype, camera, video calls, phone, and fax to assist you promptly.
3) Should you encounter issues that cannot be resolved through our online support, we offer an optional Door-to-Door service. If our engineers are needed on-site, you are required to assist with visa processes, prepay travel expenses, and provide accommodation during their stay. Additionally, a translator should be arranged to facilitate communication. Alternatively, you are welcome to send your engineers to our factory for extensive, complimentary technical training.

5. Can your company send technical personnel to our site to train our workers for free?
Upon the machine's arrival at the installation site, we promptly dispatch mechanical and electrical engineers to assist with setup according to your schedule. The buyer is responsible for covering the board, lodging, and a daily fee of USD150.00 per person during the installation period. We will also support the buyer with visa arrangements and installation preparations before deployment.
