1) The quality warranty period spans an entire 12 months, commencing from the moment your shipping commodity arrives at its port of destination. This warranty excludes any physical damages. However, we request that you return the damaged fittings via courier at your expense before we dispatch the replacement parts. Beyond the warranty window, any required repairs or changes to fittings will incur reasonable charges, with costs borne by you.
