1) The quality warranty period is 12 months from the day the shipping commodity arrives at the port of destination, excluding physical damage. During this period, we will provide you with free fittings. However, please note that all users must return the damaged fittings by courier at your cost before we send back the replacement parts. After the warranty period, any repairs or replacements will be charged at a reasonable rate.
2) Given the challenge of on-site maintenance, we will offer extensive online support. This includes technical assistance via email, MSN/Skype, camera, video, telephone, and fax to help you with installation, operation, adjustments, maintenance, and more.
3) If you encounter issues with installation, use, or adjustments that cannot be resolved through online support, we offer Door-to-Door service. During the warranty period, if any product quality issues arise, we offer free maintenance. Should component replacement be necessary, it will also be provided free of charge. However, if the issue is not related to the machine's quality, and you require us to send engineers for repairs, appropriate charges will apply.
5. Can your company send technical personnel to our site and train our workers?
Upon the machine's arrival at the buyer's installation site, we promptly dispatch mechanical and electrical engineers to assist with installation according to the buyer's schedule. The buyer is responsible for covering the board and lodging costs of the personnel during installation abroad, as well as a fee of USD150.00 per person per day. Prior to traveling abroad, we will cooperate with the buyer to handle visa arrangements and installation preparations.
