During this period, we will supply you with the necessary fittings absolutely free of charge. Kindly note that all users are requested to return the damaged fittings to us via courier at your cost before we dispatch the replacement parts. Post warranty, any fittings that require repair or replacement will be at your expense, though we assure you these will be reasonably priced.

Yes, upon the machine's arrival at the installation site, we promptly send our skilled mechanical and electrical engineers based on the buyer's schedule. The buyer is responsible for the accommodation and meals of our personnel during installation, as well as a fee of USD150.00 per day per person. We will also assist with visa and installation preparations prior to traveling abroad.
