1) The quality warranty for our Dual Spindles CNC Turning Lathe Center spans a full 12 months, commencing from the moment the shipping commodity arrives at your destination port. This excludes any physical damage. During this period, we proudly offer complimentary fittings. Kindly ensure that damaged parts are returned to us via courier at your cost before we dispatch replacement parts. Post-warranty, any repair or replacement of fittings will be your responsibility and will incur reasonable charges.
2) Given the challenges of providing face-to-face maintenance, we are committed to offering extensive online support. This includes expert technical assistance through email, MSN/Skype, camera, video, telephone, and fax to address any issues related to installation, operation, adjustments, and maintenance.
3) If you encounter difficulties with installation, usage, or adjustments that our online support cannot resolve, we provide an optional Door-to-Door service. When the machine arrive the buyer's installation site, we timely send mechanical and electrical engineers to install according to the buyer's schedule, the buyer undertakes board and lodging of personnel abroad in the process of installation, and also USD150.00 per day per person. The seller will cooperate with the buyer to deal with visa and installation preparation before going abroad.
