1) Our quality warranty period spans 12 months, starting from the day the shipped commodity arrives at the destination port. This warranty excludes physical damage. During the guarantee period, we will provide replacement fittings free of charge. Kindly return the damaged parts to us via courier at your expense before we send out the replacements. Post-warranty, any required fittings for repair or replacement will incur a reasonable charge, to be borne by you.
2) Given the challenge of face-to-face maintenance, we are committed to offering extensive online support. Our technical assistance covers installing, operating, adjusting, and maintaining the machine. Reach us through email, MSN/Skype, camera, video, telephone, and fax whenever you encounter issues.
3) Should online support be insufficient for solving installation, usage, or adjustment issues, we offer Door-to-Door service. If you require our engineers for on-site assembly, maintenance, or adjustment, please assist with visa formalities, prepay travel expenses, and arrange accommodation. 5. Can your company send technical personnel to our company to guide our workers for free?
Upon the machine's arrival at the buyer's site, we promptly dispatch mechanical and electrical engineers to undertake installation as per the buyer's schedule. The buyer is responsible for the engineers' accommodation and meals during installation abroad, plus a fee of USD150.00 per person per day. We will assist with visa and installation preparations beforehand to ensure a smooth process.
