1) The quality warranty period is 12 months, starting from the day the shipment arrives at the destination port, excluding any physical damage. Within this warranty period, we will provide free fittings. However, please return the damaged parts via courier at your expense before we send the replacement parts. Post-warranty, any required fittings or repairs will incur reasonable charges.
2) Given the challenges of on-site maintenance, we will offer extensive online support. This includes technical assistance via email, MSN/Skype, camera, video, telephone, and fax for issues related to installation, operation, adjustment, maintenance, and more.
3) Should you encounter issues with installation, usage, or adjustment that online support cannot resolve, we can provide Door-to-Door service. If you require our engineer(s) for on-site assembly, maintenance, or adjustment, you must assist with visa formalities, prepay travel expenses, and arrange accommodation during their stay. Additionally, please provide a translator for our service engineer throughout their visit. Alternatively, you can send your engineer to our factory for comprehensive, long-term technical training at no extra cost.

The minimum order quantity (MOQ) is one set, and we offer a comprehensive one-year warranty.

We guarantee delivery within 15-30 days upon receipt of your payment.
4. How to handle the warranty period?
During the warranty period, for any product quality issues, we provide free maintenance and replacement of any necessary parts. If the machine issues are not due to our product quality, and the buyer requires our engineers for repairs, we will charge a nominal fee for the service.
5. Can your company send technical personnel to our company and direct our workers for free?
Upon the machine's arrival at the buyer's site, we will promptly send experienced mechanical and electrical engineers for installation as per the buyer's schedule. The buyer is responsible for the accommodation and meals of the personnel during installation, plus an additional fee of USD 150.00 per day per person. We will assist in visa and other necessary preparations before traveling abroad.
