The quality warranty period is a full 12 months from the day the shipping commodity arrives at the port of destination, excluding any physical damage. During this guarantee period, we will provide you with replacement fittings at no cost. However, we kindly request that all users return the damaged fittings to us by courier at your expense before we send back the alternative parts. Beyond the warranty period, any fittings that need repair or replacement will be charged at a reasonable rate.

Upon the machine's arrival at the buyer's installation site, we promptly dispatch mechanical and electrical engineers as per the buyer's schedule. The buyer is responsible for the board and lodging expenses of the engineers during the installation process, along with a daily fee of USD150.00 per person. We will also assist with visa and installation preparations before traveling.
