At Anhui Mingju Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd., we offer top-notch service in the field of exporting CNC machines. Our team combines Italian and Taiwanese technical expertise to deliver superior manufacturing capabilities.
1) Our products come with a 12-month quality warranty starting from the arrival date at the destination port. We offer free fittings during the warranty period, excluding physical damage. Customers are responsible for returning damaged fittings at their own cost before receiving alternative parts. After the warranty period, repair or replacement fittings will incur reasonable charges.
2) To provide efficient support, we offer online assistance via email, MSN/Skype, camera, video, telephone, and fax for installation, operation, adjustment, and maintenance issues.
3) If online support is insufficient, we offer Door to Door service. Customers requiring on-site assistance must cover visa formalities, travel expenses, and accommodation for our engineers. Alternatively, customers can send their engineers for free technical training at our factory.
