1) The quality warranty period spans a full 12 months from the date that the shipped product reaches the port of destination, covering everything except physical damages. During this warranty period, we offer complimentary replacement fittings. However, please be aware that customers are responsible for returning any damaged parts via courier at their own expense before we send back the replacement components. Beyond the warranty period, any parts needing repair or replacement will incur a reasonable fee.
