1) The quality warranty period is 12 months, counted from the day the shipping commodity arrives at the port of destination, excluding physical damage. During the guarantee period, we will provide you with the fittings for free. However, please note that all users are required to return the damaged fittings to us by courier at your expense before we send back the alternative fitting parts. After the warranty period, any fittings you need repaired or changed will be charged reasonably to you.
2) Since it is challenging for our engineer to maintain the machine face-to-face, we will offer ample online support. This means we will provide you with technical support through email, MSN/Skype, camera, video, telephone, and fax when you encounter issues with installing, operating, adjusting, or maintaining the machine.
3) If you encounter problems with installing, using, or adjusting that our online support cannot resolve, we offer Door-to-Door service. Should you need our engineer(s) to assemble, maintain, or adjust the machine in your area, you will be required to assist us with visa formalities, prepay travel expenses, and arrange accommodations during the business trip and service period before they are dispatched. Additionally, please arrange for a translator for the service engineer during their visit. Alternatively, you can arrange for your engineer to visit our factory for long-term free technical training.

4. How to handle the warranty period?
During the warranty period, should any product quality issues arise, Anhui Mingju Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. will take full responsibility for free maintenance. Should parts need replacement, we will provide them at no cost. If issues are not due to our machine quality, and the buyer requests our engineers for repair services, we will charge the appropriate costs.
5. Can your company send technical personnel to our company and direct our workers for free?
Upon the machine's arrival at the buyer's installation site, we will promptly dispatch both mechanical and electrical engineers according to the buyer's timetable. The buyer is responsible for covering the accommodation and meals of the personnel during the installation process, as well as a fee of USD150.00 per person per day. We will also collaborate with the buyer for visa arrangements and installation preparations prior to departure.
