1) The quality warranty period is 12 months, starting from the day the shipping commodity arrives at the port of destination. This does not cover physical damage. We will provide free fittings during the warranty period, but users must return the damaged parts to us via courier at their cost before receiving the replacement parts. After the warranty period, the cost of any required repairs or replacement fittings will be your responsibility and will be reasonably charged.
2) Given that in-person maintenance by our engineers may be challenging, we offer extensive online support. This includes technical assistance via email, MSN/Skype, camera, video, telephone, and fax. This support covers issues related to installation, operation, adjustment, and maintenance.
3) Should online support prove insufficient for issues related to installation, operation, or adjustment, we offer Door-to-Door service. If you require our engineer(s) to assemble, maintain, or adjust the machine at your location, you will need to assist with visa formalities, prepay traveling expenses, and arrange accommodation for the duration of their visit. Additionally, please provide a translator for the service engineer if necessary. Alternatively, you may send your engineer to our factory for comprehensive and free long-term technical training.

You can expect your order to be delivered within a swift 15-30 days after we receive your payment.
4. How do you handle the warranty period?
During the warranty period, any issues arising from product quality will be addressed with free maintenance. If parts need replacement, we will provide them at no additional cost. Should the problem not be related to our machine's quality, and engineering services are required, we will charge an appropriate fee for sending engineers to assist with repairs.
5. Can your company send technical personnel to our company to train our workers for free?
Upon the machine's arrival at your installation site, we promptly dispatch skilled mechanical and electrical engineers to assist with the installation as per your schedule. During this process, the buyer is responsible for the accommodation and meals of our personnel abroad, along with a daily fee of USD150.00 per person. We will also collaborate with the buyer to handle visa arrangements and installation preparations before traveling abroad.
