1) The quality warranty period is 12 months, starting from the day the shipped commodity arrives at the destination port, excluding physical damage. We will provide complimentary fittings during the warranty period. However, users must return the damaged fittings by courier at their own expense before we send replacement parts. After the warranty period, any required repairs or part replacements will be charged reasonably.
2) Given the challenge of face-to-face maintenance by our engineers, we offer extensive online support. This includes technical assistance via email, MSN/Skype, camera, video, telephone, and fax to help users with installation, operation, adjustment, and maintenance issues.
3) If installation, usage, or adjustment issues cannot be resolved through online support, we can provide Door-to-Door service. Should you require our engineers to assemble, maintain, or adjust the machinery at your location, you will need to assist with visa formalities, cover travel expenses, and arrange accommodation for the duration of the business trip and service period. Additionally, please arrange for a translator during the service period. Alternatively, you can send your engineer to our factory for comprehensive, long-term technical training at no cost.

The minimum order quantity (MOQ) is just one set, and we offer a comprehensive one-year warranty on our products.
2. What brand of bearing do you use in your machines?
We exclusively use NSK bearings from Japan, known for their superior quality and reliability.
3. When can we expect the delivery of the product?
Delivery will be made within 15-30 days after we receive your full payment.
4. How is the warranty period handled?
During the warranty period, if any product quality issues arise, we are committed to providing free maintenance and replacement of necessary parts. If the problem is not related to our machine's quality, the buyer may request our engineers for repairs at an appropriate service charge.
5. Can your company send technical personnel to our site to train our workers for free?
Upon the machine's arrival at the buyer's installation site, we promptly dispatch mechanical and electrical engineers as per the buyer's schedule. The buyer covers the accommodation and meals for the personnel during installation, as well as a fee of USD 150.00 per person per day. We assist the buyer with visa and installation preparations before traveling abroad.
