1) The quality warranty period spans 12 months from the date of arrival at the port of destination, excluding physical damage. During this guarantee period, we will provide replacement fittings at no cost. Please note, users are required to return the damaged parts via courier at their expense before we dispatch the replacement parts. Post-warranty, any needed repairs or part replacements will be subject to reasonable charges borne by you.
2) Given the difficulty of on-site maintenance by our engineers, we offer extensive online support. This includes technical assistance via email, MSN/Skype, camera, video, telephone, and fax to help with installation, operation, adjustment, maintenance, and other issues you may encounter.
3) Should you face challenges with installation, usage, or adjustment that our online support cannot resolve, we offer Door-to-Door service. If an engineer visit is required, you must assist with visa formalities, cover travel expenses in advance, and arrange accommodation during the business trip and service period. Additionally, please provide a translator for the service engineer. Alternatively, you can send your engineer to our factory for comprehensive, long-term technical training at no cost.

We utilize high-quality NSK bearings imported from Japan.
3. When is the delivery time?
We ensure timely delivery within 15-30 days after receiving your payment.
4. How is the warranty period handled?
During the warranty period, any product quality issues will be addressed with free maintenance. Should parts need replacement due to quality issues, we will provide them at no additional cost. If the problem is not related to product quality and service is required from our engineers, appropriate costs will be charged.
5. Can your company send technical personnel to our company to train our workers?
Yes, upon the machine's arrival at the buyer's site, we will promptly dispatch mechanical and electrical engineers for installation as per the buyer's schedule. The buyer is responsible for the board and lodging expenses of our personnel during the installation process, as well as a fee of USD150.00 per day per person. We will also assist the buyer with visa and installation preparations.
