1) The quality warranty period is 12 months, starting from the day the shipment arrives at the port of destination, excluding physical damage. During the warranty period, we will supply fittings free of charge. Users are required to return damaged fittings to us via courier at their expense before we send replacement parts. After the warranty period, repairs or replacements will incur reasonable charges.
2) Given the challenges of providing face-to-face maintenance, we offer extensive online support. This includes technical assistance through email, MSN/Skype, camera, video, telephone, and fax for issues related to installation, operation, adjustment, maintenance, and more.
3) If online support does not resolve the issue, we offer Door to Door service. Should you require our engineers for on-site assembly, maintenance, or adjustment, you must assist with visa formalities, prepay travel expenses, and arrange accommodation. During the warranty period, if there are any product quality issues, our company takes full responsibility for free maintenance. Should parts need replacement, we provide them at no extra cost. If the issue is not related to our machine's quality, and you require our engineers for repairs, we will charge a reasonable fee for the service.
5. Can your company provide technical personnel to assist with installation at our site?
Yes, upon the machine's arrival at the buyer's installation site, we promptly send mechanical and electrical engineers to install it as per the buyer's schedule. The buyer is responsible for the accommodation and meals of our personnel during the installation process, along with a daily fee of USD150.00 per person. We also assist with visa and installation preparations before traveling abroad.
