1) The quality warranty period spans 12 months, starting from the day the shipped commodity arrives at the destination port, excluding physical damage. We will provide complimentary fittings during this warranty period. However, please return the damaged fittings to us via courier at your expense before we send replacement parts. Beyond the warranty period, you will be responsible for the cost of any fittings that need repair or replacement, billed at a reasonable rate.
2) Given the challenges of face-to-face maintenance, we offer extensive online support. This includes technical assistance through email, MSN/Skype, camera, video, telephone, and fax. Whether you encounter issues with installation, operation, adjustment, or maintenance, our team is here to support you remotely.
3) If you face problems with installation, usage, or adjustments that online support cannot resolve, we offer Door-to-Door service. Should you require our engineers to visit your location for assembly, maintenance, or adjustments, you will need to assist with visa formalities, prepay travel expenses, and arrange accommodation for the duration of the business trip and service period. The buyer is responsible for the accommodation and meals of our personnel during the installation process, along with a fee of USD 150.00 per day per person. We will also assist with visa arrangements and installation preparations before traveling abroad.
