1) The quality warranty period is 12 months which counted from the day that the shipping commodity arrived at the port of destination, excluding the physical damage. We will provide you with the fittings for free during the guarantee period. However, all users must return the damaged fittings to us by courier at their expense before we send back the replacement parts. After the warranty period, the cost of any repairs or replacements will be borne by you and charged at a reasonable rate.
2) Since it is challenging for our engineer to provide face-to-face maintenance, we will offer extensive online support. This includes technical assistance via email, MSN/Skype, camera, video, telephone, and fax for issues related to installation, operation, adjustment, maintenance, and more.
3) If you encounter problems with installation, use, or adjustment that cannot be resolved through our online support, we offer Door-to-Door service. Should you require our engineer(s) to assemble, maintain, or adjust the machine in your area, you must assist with visa formalities, prepaid travel expenses, and accommodation arrangements during their business trip and service period. Additionally, please arrange for a translator for our service engineer during their stay. Alternatively, you may send your engineer to our factory for comprehensive, long-term technical training at no cost.

We commit to delivering your order within 15-30 days after the receipt of your payment.
4. How is the warranty period handled?
During the warranty period, our company takes full responsibility for free maintenance due to product quality issues. If any part needs replacement, we provide it at no extra cost. For problems not related to our product quality, should our engineers need to be dispatched for repairs, we will charge a nominal fee for the service.
5. Can your company send technical personnel to our facility to train our workers for free?
Upon arrival of the machine at the buyer's installation site, we promptly dispatch our mechanical and electrical engineers for installation as per the buyer's schedule. The buyer is responsible for accommodation and meals for our personnel abroad during the installation process, along with a daily fee of USD150 per person. The seller will assist with visa procurement and installation preparations prior to departure.
