We offer a quality warranty period of 12 months, starting from the day the product reaches its destination port. This excludes any physical damage. During this warranty period, we will provide free fittings; however, users must return the damaged parts to us via courier at their own expense before we send replacements. Post-warranty, any required repairs or replacements will incur reasonable charges.

Given the complexity of face-to-face machine maintenance, we offer extensive online support. This includes technical assistance via email, MSN/Skype, camera, video, telephone, and fax to help with installation, operation, adjustment, and maintenance issues.

Should online support be insufficient for resolving your installation, usage, or adjustment problems, we offer Door-to-Door service. If our engineers need to visit your location for assembly, maintenance, or adjustment, you must assist with visa formalities, prepay travel expenses, and arrange accommodation during their visit. Additionally, please arrange for a translator during their stay. Alternatively, you may send your engineers to our factory for comprehensive and free technical training.

During the one-year warranty period, if any product quality issues arise, our company will provide free maintenance and replacement of parts. If the problem is not due to our machine quality, and technical assistance is required, we will send engineers and charge a reasonable fee for the service.
5. Can your company send technical personnel to our company and guide our workers for free?
Upon arrival of the machine at the buyer's installation site, we promptly dispatch mechanical and electrical engineers to assist with installation as per the buyer's schedule. The buyer is responsible for the accommodation of personnel during the installation process and a fee of USD150.00 per day per person. We will also assist with visa arrangements and installation preparations beforehand.
