1) The quality warranty period is 12 months from the date the product arrives at the destination port. This excludes physical damage. During the warranty period, we will provide replacement fittings free of charge. However, users must return the damaged parts to us at their expense before we send replacements. After the warranty period, the cost of any fittings that need repair or replacement will be borne by the user and charged reasonably.
2) Since our engineers can't provide face-to-face machine maintenance, we offer extensive online support. This includes technical assistance via email, MSN/Skype, camera, video, telephone, and fax for issues related to installation, operation, adjustment, maintenance, and more.
3) If you encounter problems with installation, usage, or adjustments that our online support cannot resolve, we offer Door-to-Door service. Should you need our engineers to assemble, maintain, or adjust the machine on-site, you must assist with visa formalities, prepay travel expenses, and arrange accommodation during the business trip and service period. Additionally, please provide a translator for our engineer throughout their service period. Alternatively, you may send your engineer to our factory for comprehensive, long-term technical training free of charge.

During the warranty period, if any product quality issues arise, our company will provide free maintenance and replacement of parts. If the problem is unrelated to our machine's quality, and you require our engineers for repairs, a service fee will apply.
5. Can your company send the technical personnel to our company and direct our workers for free?
Upon the machine's arrival at the buyer's installation site, we promptly dispatch mechanical and electrical engineers to install according to the buyer's schedule. The buyer is responsible for the accommodation costs of personnel abroad during installation, plus a fee of USD150.00 per day per person. We will assist with visa and preparation for installation before traveling abroad.
