1) The quality warranty period lasts a full 12 months starting from the day the shipping commodity reaches its destination port, excluding any physical damage. During the warranty period, we will provide replacement fittings at no cost. However, users must return the damaged fittings via courier at their expense before receiving the alternative parts. After the warranty period, any required repairs or replacements will incur reasonable charges.
2) Given the challenge of on-site maintenance, we offer extensive online support. This includes technical assistance via email, MSN/Skype, camera, video, telephone, and fax for issues related to installation, operation, adjustment, and maintenance.
3) If you encounter issues that our online support cannot resolve, we provide Door to Door service. Should you require an engineer to assemble, maintain, or adjust the machine in your area, you need to assist with visa formalities, prepay travel expenses, and arrange accommodation. Also, please arrange for a translator during the service period. Alternatively, you can send your engineer to our factory for comprehensive, long-term free technical training.

Our minimum order quantity (MOQ) is just one set, and we offer a comprehensive one-year warranty on our Robust 5 Axis CNC Machine Center.
2. What brand of bearing do you use?
We utilize high-quality NSK bearings from Japan to ensure superior performance and durability.
3. When is the delivery time?
We guarantee delivery within 15-30 days after we receive your payment, ensuring a swift and timely arrival.
4. How is the warranty period handled?
During the warranty period, if any product quality issues arise, Anhui Mingju Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. is responsible for free maintenance. Should any parts need replacement, we will provide them at no cost. For issues not related to our machine's quality, if the buyer requires our engineers for repair services, appropriate charges will apply.
5. Can your company send technical personnel to our company to train our workers?
Upon the machine's arrival at the buyer's installation site, we promptly dispatch our expert mechanical and electrical engineers to conduct installation according to the buyer's schedule. The buyer is responsible for the engineers' board and lodging during the installation process and a fee of USD 150.00 per day per person. We will also assist the buyer with visa and installation preparations before the engineers travel abroad.
